I believe they sent them to the wrong email. After purchase, I saw an unknown email in the link box. I've yet to receive a confirmation email about my purchase.

Verified ReviewerTheir refund policy is criminal
My husband booked us ticket for titanic exhibition a month in advance. During that time, lost our employment and our only car broke down.
Contacted fever support for refund with reasonable time, we live 3 hours from the exhibition as well.
Told them how we cannot get there, car is broken, only transport is 2 times a day outside the time we need to get back home.
They say nope, can only give a voucher back with 60 days to use it for that experience only.
That seems criminal to me since we are facing uncertain times and don't know if we will make it within 60 days.
Sadly all we can do is just try to book it again and attempt a quick fix on the car. Book again. Have to pay extra! Tickets cost more now...
car fails once again before it's time to go so we reschedule.. this time it costs 10 dollars less as we picked a week day, fever tells me they won't credit back the extra we just lost. Ended up swapping back to a weekend and paying once again extra.. which if I were credit back the correct amount I could have had as additional credit to cover that.
So they got and addition 15 or 20 dollars from us plus the two tickets we never got to use. Nearly 120
Comes down to the day, cars jerking along the way, have to park it and get public transport the remaining whicu reaulted in us having to ealk a couple of km and having a back injury and disability this was extremelyhl hard... didn't make it in time, ebded up giving up and feeling overwhelemed and frustrated, turned around and went back. Contact to just please for a refund as this is getting ridiculous once back at the car..
sorry nope, you have missed it now no refunds and no reschedule.
Seems so dishonest and criminal. I was forced to just try and go so I didn't lose my money, knowing I probably won't be able to, they knew this too and still refused that refund to start with.
In Australia they can't refuse a refund especially when it was unreasonable to give a voucher to use in 60 days.
Have left a complaint with the ACCC

Verified Reviewer | Nashville, TennesseeVoucher didnt work like it was supp'd to/Only discounted abt $1
(re: Fever Regal pass/voucher purchase) When trying to convert the voucher ahead of time from home, Regal was still charging me much more than they should have--to the point where it was cheaper not even to have bought the Fever ticket voucher. So I went to the theater to use the on-site method of redemption.
That didn't work because the kiosk couldn't handle it, and instructions for that did NOT go according the usage email. In the end, I saved only saved a few bucks, if that. Terrible system.
Just buy your ticket at the theater. What a waste of time and money.
- Might work for other items than movie passes

Verified Reviewer | Kansas City, MissouriCanceled show no refund
The Fever App took my money for a show in a venue in my hometown after I bought the tickets I wanted to confirm with the venue that the day was correct and the event was not on there website. So I tried to contact fever on there website they say that in the app you can call instant message and email.
Once you are on the app there is no option for instant message or a phone number only an email option which I utilized with no response. This app took my money and did not provide with a product or a refund so to me that is stealing bad business and fraud!
User's recommendation: Buy your tickets elsewhere fever is trash
Ticket Change
I bought my ticket as a present for my wife. As soon as she saw it she realized she did not like the concert and would like to change it to a new one.
I bought the flexible cancellation, but because it was 24 hours before and not 48 I could not change it and it needed to be escalate it.
Which only resulted in me getting a generic email template ever single time I called.
So they are making me either give up the tickets or go to a concert that my wife does not want to go. We have a baby that we need to get sitters for, this is absolutely one of the worst customer experiences I have ever received.
User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU NEED FLEXIBILITY. YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED AS PERSON.

Fever up responded quickly and offered me an exchange voucher. The instructions of how to use it were very clear and when I hoped back on to re-book the tickets the voucher went through without any problems. Overall it was great service via email.

Verified Reviewer | Miami, FloridaStolen money
There is no other way for me to say this other than they stole our money!
Ive purchased tickets in the past for the Van Gogh experience and the Adele music concert both in Miami. With my Van Gogh purchase there was a mishap but there was a phone number and someone to actually speak to who responded and resolved my issues with vouchers.
I was walked step by step by the person and was able to attend. The Adele music concert was fine, I purchased the tickets, went to the event it was beautiful. However a little over a month ago I purchased tickets for the even at Jungle Island called Luminosa. I inadvertently purchased tickets for a Tuesday and my husband worked.
I reached out to them. 3 weeks later I got a well get back to you response. Then I received an email saying I had vouchers with instructions how to use them. I have tried for a week and a1/2 using step by step the instructions to redeems my vouchers to attend the event tomorrow the only day my husband and I can go.
My technologically savvy 30 and 31 year old daughters tried as well to no avail. I have sent emails (3) reached every way possible, no response. Im sure this is of no importance to this company but Im 55 years old and my husband is 65. I have many health issues and on the 11th of December I start a chemotherapy program for something that was not caught in time.
I dont know when I will be able to get out and enjoy something with my husband. Its not the $50 I obviously lost, its the principle that this company advertises and has events globally and they would put someone who simply wants to enjoy an event through all these hoops and be such a let down. I will obviously never use this app again but I strongly recommend to all those who may be wondering if they should, my answer is simple, they stole my money, the vouchers are not accessible because I cannot get a code needed to redeem them, I have followed all instructions and once again lost count of how many times Ive reached out to them to no avail.
The event is tomorrow, would have been nice to enjoy something like that with my husband but clearly I wont be doing it with Fever. A complete let down in every sense of the word.
Disappointed and dissatisfied
- Tickets purchased with no issues great
- Communicating with customer support
- Issues with vouchers
Preferred solution: A code for the adult and senior vouchers I have for the Luminosa. We rearranged everything to go tomorrow at 8 the instructions do not work all I want is an easy way for senior citizens to access the code!
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THE APP FEVER
No help from Fever with ticket issues
User's recommendation: Don't buy tickets from fever, use the originar event website

Dishonest
Bought tickets to an event, they never sent me confirmation email. Had no way of knowing tickets were purchased or have the ticket for the event.
Under the impression that these tickets were not purchased, did the transaction again I saw that there was option to download app (but no email option) so I picked the app so that I would have proof of purchase and be able to see my tickets. Then I saw there was 2 listed.
I immediately contacted customer service (more than a week prior to the event) and they just parroted the policy is no refunds like an AI bot.
The app is constantly trying to mine info. Why do they need access to my all of my contacts when I just want to forward copy to my email? They make it a pain to work around that.
Why are they prompting me multiple times to share my location?
It seems like a dishonest business practice to make it impossible to confirm tickets were purchased without downloading the app. At no point was it indicated that I needed the app in order to see my tickets.
It is almost like it is designed that way to cause people to make this mistake then force them to do further business with them.
I will now avoid events that will have me do business with Fever. No matter how much I would want to go, if I am forced to go through Fever in order to go, I will not.
To get refund
Could not speak to anyone just wanting a $2 payment to speak to someone about getting a refund. To ticket purchased

We arrived 15 minutes before our booked a lot at Bubble Planet, Wembley today, only to be told the power was out and we could not come in today.
We travelled just under 2 hours with a toddler for our trip so would appreciate either a full refund or the opportunity to rearrange our day and put the ticket elsewhere.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you

Verified ReviewerRefund Request
I reached out to Fever before the start of the event time, to ask for flexibility in refunding my tickets or provide me with a credit to try out another event. The customer service provider told me no and only under condition of an event being canceled could I receive a refund. I responded again to further explain and ask for flexibility in at least giving me a credit, and I did not receive a response.
I purchased tickets accidentally for the wrong location (wrong city), despite being under the impression that I was buying tickets for Colorado (this was my search on Fever, and have no idea how it switched to California), with the same event venue (church) name as the city in Colorado, only adding to my confusion.
I reached out to your customer service team PRIOR to the event.
I was told that I could not receive any kind of refund. I am reaching out again to request that I at least receive a credit back so I have the chance to witness a Fever event and not completely lose the value of my $137 purchase.
I am a student studying social work, and really feel like this is only fair - many reviews stated they received flexibility from the customer service team and it seems unjust I would not receive the same. If not a full refund, I ask that you please consider allowing me for a credit to another event in the Denver, CO area.
Thank you,
Melissa

Requested a carers ticket following the policy on their website. There was a delay in actioning this from fever and they provided a voucher not a ticket and the event had then sold out.
No response from fever, no refund or voucher to cover the cost lost to myself.
Despite having evidence that I required assistance to attend theyve declined my request. Basically indirect discrimination the service is a disgrace

I booked 4 tickets to Titanic Museum in Chicago on 3/24 as I was there for one weekend. I was charged $134 when there was NO Availability.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest you do the same if this happened to you. I received an email from Fever saying it sucks to be me and they refuse to refund my money.
